  6. IAESTE: An international work experience program - The University of Wollongong is now a member of the International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience (IAESTE). IAESTE can provide overseas work experience opportunities to University of Wollongong students studying degrees in engineering, science, and technology related disciplines. Paid professional traineeships are available in over 80 countries and range from 2-12 months.
