Job Specification: The 3 positions are for 12 months (with a view for extension. They are full time (not permanent) teaching positions.
Essential Skills: HSIE Teacher - keen interest in sport (will also have sport allocation of 6 periods a week - each period goes for 50 minutes). PDHPE Teacher - female teacher - because of the staffing gender ratio for PDHPE

Additional Info: Narrandera High School is fortunate to be a partner with National Partnerships Program which has allowed our school to create a creative and innovative curriculum to enhance teacher quality and student outcomes. The teachers applying for these positions will also have a reduced teaching load to work with a mentor and prepare for their next phase for the NSW Institute of Teaching application. Teachers will also need a NSW DET Employment Number (ability to teach in NSW). Narrandera High School is located in the NSW Riverina. The population of the town is approximately 5000. It is 97km from Wagga Wagga and 95km from Griffith. The schools population is approximately 310 students with an existing 30 teachers.
