Job Title: Chinese eCommerce Coordinator
Job Specification: SLF is a manufacturer, marketer and retailer of sheepskin products. We
are developing global brands across the Internet covering a wide range of products with sales in the USA, UK,
Europe and Australia. We wish to expand our sales into China by Internet eCommerce. The first project
requires the setting up of our products on a website in China similar to Amazon.com for sale. This set up is
required to be complete for the end of October 2009. The role also includes: - Translation for Websites
- Business Development
- Customer Account Service
We require: Which
includes but not limited to the supervision or performing of processing of translation for Chinese websites and
sales material, eCommerce sales, customer assistance and relations, computer data entry, answer Emails,
dispatch or other duties which are involved in the eCommerce sales of merchandise or stock items and which
require the application of clerical knowledge, procedures, and/or practices that are peculiar to online sales
operations. Working on the customer service and support. This a Part Time, Casual or Project based on
performance and availability. We will be flexible with the right person. Most of the work can be done from your
home.
Essential Skills: Fluent and grammatically strong in writing, reading and speaking
Standard Mandarin based on the Beijing dialect. Has good command of the Wu, Min and Cantonese languages.
Have an excellent command of the English language both spoken, written and reading. Have excellent
capabilities in translation from English to Chinese and Chinese to English. Have a good speaking voice.
Desirable Skills: Website and eCommerce knowledge and/or experience Business
