Autumn Careers Fair
(all disciplines)

Time: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
(Luncheon – not to be missed: 2-3pm)
Meet with UOW students from any discipline, and from any stage in their course. Ideal to promote your graduate recruitment campaigns and your vacation work programs. Our new venue in 2010 means NO PARKING HASSLES, as you park under the actual venue!
Register ASAP to make sure you avoid missing out; we suggest before the 18th February 2010.
Financial commitment of $990 for a single stand, use of UOW facilities, catering, and promotional support.

Spring Careers Fair
(All disciplines)
Designed to promote graduate work options, vacation work and internships over summer, voluntary work, or overseas opportunities – the Spring Careers Fair is timed to get your message out to a wide cross section of students later in the year – when they are very receptive to tracking down opportunities.
Date: Tuesday, 3rd August 2010
Time: 10:30am - 1:30pm
Register before the 20th July 2010.
Financial commitment of $440 for a single stand, use of UOW facilities, catering, and promotional support. $220 for “not for profit” organisations.

Health Sciences Careers Fair -
Wednesday, 29th July 2009
Pitched at students undertaking Nursing and other health related disciplines, such as Nutrition, Psychology, Biomedical Science, Health Science and Exercise Science.

Education Careers Fair -
Wednesday, 19th August 2009
This careers fair is aimed at students studying secondary, primary and early childhood education.

Time: 10:30am - 1:30pm

Information Sessions
A very effective strategy for informing your target students about your organisation and its recruitment processes. Suggested timeframe 8th March to 14th May, however we welcome you on campus throughout the year. These sessions are commonly held during lunch hour - 12:30 pm - 1:30pm.
Financial commitment of $220 for event co-ordination, use of UOW facilities (including AV) and promotional support.

Campus Interview Program
Many employers wish to interview on campus - we recommend any time after 12th April, however we welcome you on campus to interview at any
time during the year allowing sufficient notice to publicise. We provide access to a phone, internet access, and an appropriate interview room.
Financial commitment of $220 per interview desk per day (price cap negotiated with us if multiple desks required on multiple days).

Direct Mail/E-mail
We will mail your literature to targeted disciplines throughout the year - a proven recruitment strategy.
Mail Costs - standard envelope $2.75 per item, A4 envelope $3.08 per item
Email costs - $1.10 per student (price cap negotiated with us if mailing or emailing to more than 300 students).
